Natalia Mleczko

Natalia Mleczko is an experienced HR and talent development specialist currently working at PCMI Corporation since February 2022, where responsibilities include HR administration and talent development. Prior to this role, Natalia served as a junior accountant and trainee in the finance department at SOPEM sp. z o.o Somfy Group from March 2020 to January 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of the Koło Naukowe Zarządzania Zasobami Ludzkimi "Personalni," where tasks involved performance monitoring and training. Previous roles also include positions at Royal Canin, including assistant in the supply chain department and trainee in the P&O department, as well as recruitment trainee at ALTEN Polska. Natalia holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Krakow University of Economics.
