Eva Liljedahl has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Eva started their career as a Student Assistant at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark in 1984 and worked there until 1985. Eva then went on to work as a Student Teacher at Copenhagen Business School from 1988 to 1989. In 1989, they joined the Department of Computer Science, University of Copenhagen - DIKU, as a Student Teacher and worked there until 1991. In 1993, they became a Gymnasielærer at Niels Brock and stayed there until 1995. Finally, they joined PDC A/S in 1995 as a Senior Software Developer and their tenure there is ongoing.

Eva Liljedahl earned their Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from the University of Copenhagen from 1982 to 1984. Eva then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at the same university from 1985 to 1991.
