Brandon Ring

Brandon Ring is a seasoned Mechanical Engineering Manager at PDF Solutions, with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and design roles. Since April 2016, Brandon has also held the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer. Prior to joining PDF Solutions, Brandon worked at KLA-Tencor as a Mechanical Design Engineer 3 from March 2010 to April 2016. Brandon's engineering background includes a Graduate Research Assistant role at UNC Charlotte, where involvement in a NIST-sponsored project provided practical application of engineering skills while pursuing advanced education. Brandon earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, contributing to research at the Center for Precision Metrology during academic studies. Early career experience includes positions at CarMax as a Sales Consultant and Sears, Roebuck and Co. as an Electronics Associate.
