Drew Rhoades

Drew Rhoades has extensive experience in the engineering and development sectors, primarily with PDI Technologies since September 1995, where Rhoades has held various leadership roles, culminating in the position of Vice President of Engineering for Retail ERP Solutions. In this capacity, Rhoades has overseen R&D and engineering initiatives for multiple product suites, including Retail, Wholesale, and Workforce solutions. Prior to this, Rhoades advanced through ranks from Sr. Manager to Vice President, with a focus on the development of key software products. Before joining PDI, Rhoades worked at Walmart Distribution Center as a Computer Operator. Rhoades holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and has pursued additional leadership and public speaking training.
