Gloria Harris

Gloria Harris, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Learning & Talent Engagement at PDI Technologies, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Gloria was the Director of Global Learning and Development at EnPro Industries Inc. from March 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included spearheading a knowledge management platform to foster a culture of continuous learning. Gloria's experience also includes serving as Learning and Talent Manager at STEMCO LP, where oversight of employee development initiatives and learning programs was key. Earlier in Gloria's career, roles at UPS encompassed a range of responsibilities from training and development to risk management and health and safety leadership. Gloria holds an MBA in International Business and Information Technology from Capella University, along with various educational credentials, including an Executive Education Diploma in Executive Coaching from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
