Lori Magee

Lori Magee, CPA, JD, LLM, currently serves as Head of Tax at PDI Technologies since April 2024. Prior to this role, Lori held several senior tax positions, including Senior Director - Head of Global Tax at W. R. Grace & Co. from October 2019 to April 2024 and US Tax Director at GE Appliances from June 2016 to September 2019. Lori's extensive experience also includes roles such as Senior Tax Manager II at Caterpillar Inc., Senior Tax Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton, and tax management positions at Grant Thornton, Ernst & Young, and Arthur Andersen. Lori holds an LLM in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, a JD from Widener University Schools of Law, and a BSBA in Accounting/Finance from the University of Delaware.
