Mikhaela Martin

Mikhaela Martin is a Senior Data Operations Analyst at PDI Technologies, beginning in September 2023, where responsibilities include collaborating with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams, analyzing product requirements, and prioritizing product improvement backlogs to meet customer expectations. Prior experience includes serving as Team Lead for Data Operations and Data Operations Analyst at Skupos Inc. from February 2022 to August 2023. Mikhaela also held leadership roles as Co-Internal Vice President and Treasurer for the Pilipino Association of Scientists, Architects, and Engineers, and completed a Business Analyst Internship at the Colorado Governor's Office of Information Technology in 2019. Educated with a Bachelor of Arts in Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley, Mikhaela also has coaching and program leadership experience with Street Soccer USA and Eastbay Collaborative for Underserved Children.
