Rick Lay is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in customer support and network engineering. Currently serving as a Tier III Customer Support Technician at PDI Software since July 2004, Rick specializes in resolving complex customer issues and overseeing the installation of Linux-based Cybera SCA devices. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Business from Middle Tennessee State University and attended Western Kentucky University.
