Anita Wietrzny

Anita Wietrzny has extensive experience in human resources, having worked at Paragon Development Systems as the VP of Human Resources since 2012. Prior to that, they worked at Fiserv for 18 years, where they held the position of Director of Employee Services. At Fiserv, Anita gained a thorough understanding of the human resource life cycle and legal/regulatory environment. Anita has experience in policy writing, recruiting, performance management, leave of absence, organizational development, employee relations, corrective action, change management, HR technology, project leadership, process improvements, HR metrics, employee recognition, motivation, engagement, and team building. Anita served as a trusted coach and advisor to executives, the HR group, and the rest of the organization.

Anita Wietrzny obtained their Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1984 to 1994. Their field of study during this period was focused on obtaining a Master's degree in Industrial Relations.
