Carolyn Sheppard

Carolyn Sheppard is an experienced administrative professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the President of U.S. Operations at Peabody Energy since November 2023, Carolyn also holds the position of Office Manager at Sheppard Machine Co. since April 2023. Previously, Carolyn worked at Thompson Coburn LLP as an IT Department Coordinator from February 2020 to June 2023, and held various roles at Peabody Energy, including Compensation Analyst and Executive Administrative Assistant to senior executives. Carolyn's career began at Anheuser-Busch in various administrative roles, concluding with a position as a Credit Analyst.
