Shakiyla Sincere is an accomplished leadership coach and DEI strategist with extensive experience in diversity and identity coaching. Currently, as the Lead Manager for Learning & Impact at the Peace Corps, Shakiyla implements a global learning strategy impacting over 60 countries. As the Founder and Principal Coach of Sincere Intention Coaching & Consulting, Shakiyla empowers professionals to leverage their identity insights for leadership development. Previous roles include serving as Assistant Director of Housing & Diversity Education at George Mason University, where Shakiyla facilitated DEI initiatives, and various leadership positions in higher education focused on fostering inclusive communities. Shakiyla holds a PhD in Peace & Conflict Resolution from George Mason University, a Master's in Forensic Science from Syracuse University, and dual bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Administration of Justice from Howard University.
