Charles Rivers has extensive experience in program coordination and partnership development. Since June 2015, Charles has served as a Program Coordinator at PEACE, Inc., where effective program management is prioritized. In September 2019, Charles worked briefly as a Partnership Specialist for the United States Department of Commerce and Labor. Charles holds a Master's degree in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services from Liberty University, obtained from 2016 to 2018, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Services from SUNY Empire State College, earned from 2013 to 2015.
