Abbie Knapton

Creators Trainer & Community Liaison at PeaceLove Foundation

Abbie Knapton serves as the Customer Experience Lead at Scribl since June 2024. In addition, Abbie has been with PeaceLove since June 2019, focusing on training frontline human service professionals to conduct expressive arts workshops that enhance mental health and wellness. Previous experience includes roles such as Recovery Friendly Advisor for the Recovery Friendly Workplace of Rhode Island and Peer Recovery Specialist at The Providence Center, where Abbie contributed to the establishment of Rhode Island's inaugural recovery center for adolescents. Other positions held include Substance Abuse Counselor at The Journey to Hope, Health and Healing, and Health Home Case Manager at the Addiction Recovery Institute. Abbie's career began in food service at Walt's Roast Beef inc in 2013. Abbie holds an Associate’s Degree in Social Work from the Community College of Rhode Island.
