Katie Ginther

Katie Ginther is an experienced professional with diverse roles in the arts and hospitality industries. Currently serving as the Assistant Studio Manager at Peachy since May 2025, Katie also works as a Specialty Coffee Caterer and Barista at Joe Coffee Company. Prior experience includes Artistic Director at Kitchen Sink Theatre Company, Library Account Manager at Playgarden Prep, and Shift Manager at Octavia and Sorella Coffee. Additional roles feature House Manager at The Sheen Center, Social Media Marketing Manager, Management Intern at New York Neo-Futurists, and Usher at Daryl Roth Theatre. Katie is a graduate of Western Washington University, and has also attended Dell'Arte International School of Physical Theatre and Cornish College of the Arts.
