Nathan Petersen

Nathan oversees asset performance and management operations for the firm’s properties located in Colorado and Georgia. Nathan began his career in property management of federally owned and leased buildings with the General Services Administration in Denver,CO. There he managed the largest federal office building in its 6-state region, working with several high profile agency tenants and on a variety of complex capital projects totaling over $200 M. He also worked as an asset management analyst for an investment group with several types of assets including multifamily properties in several U.S. markets, and has served in varying capacities with companies in the real estate industry. Nathan studied at Brigham Young University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Facilities Management and a Master of Business Administration degree.
