David Anhalt serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Peak Design since June 2012. Prior to this role, David worked at Ernst & Young from August 2004 to June 2012 as a Manager, where responsibilities included providing advisory services related to real estate fair value estimations, due diligence, restructuring, litigation support, and financial statement analysis. Clients served encompassed audit and tax teams along with various real estate stakeholders, including financial institutions, municipalities, private equity funds, developers, and REITs. David holds a BBA in Finance, Investment & Banking, and Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the Wisconsin School of Business, earned between 1999 and 2003.
