With extensive freelance experience since February 2007, Victor has contributed as a Director of Photography for various notable television programs, including "Caribbean Life" and "Hawaii Life" on HGTV, and "What Could Possibly Go Wrong" on Science Channel. Victor’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Cinema Studies and a degree in Cinema, Documentary Film from San Francisco State University, enhancing a strong foundation in film production and storytelling.
