Mr. Colligan is a Managing Director at Peak Rock. He leads all aspects of the investment process for credit and non-control transactions at Peak Rock. Mr. Colligan has extensive experience working with founder and family-owned businesses to drive value creation initiatives and serves on the Board of Directors of portfolio companies.
Mr. Colligan possesses nearly 20 years of experience investing in middle market and broadly syndicated structured credit and growth equity, having previously worked at Z Capital Credit Partners, Crestline Denali Capital and Bank One (acquired by JP Morgan Chase).
Mr. Colligan received a master’s degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in finance and business economics from the University of Notre Dame.
