Gary McCann has over 16 years of experience in service management and technical support, currently serving as Noblegen Service Manager at Peak Scientific since September 2007. Responsibilities include the establishment of a service department, development of technical helpdesk systems, and collaboration with customers and distributors to build a globally agile service team. Previously, Gary held various roles at Peak Scientific, such as Information Technology Business Analyst and European Service Manager. Prior to this, Gary served as an Engineering Tech in the Royal Air Force from January 2001 to April 2007. Currently, Gary is pursuing a degree in Business Management at the University of Strathclyde, set to graduate in July 2025. Gordon completed secondary education at Douglas Academy in June 2000.
