Buse İlkar has had experience working in various industries since 2014. Her first work experience was at Ege University Business Club, where they worked as a Corporate Communication Coordinator. In 2017, they completed internships at Vaillant Group Türkiye in the Human Resources department and at Kale Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Engine Industries JV / Kale Pratt & Whitney Uçak Motor San. A.Ş. in Finance. In 2019, they joined Electrolux as a Junior Human Resources & Payroll Specialist and was responsible for preparing payroll details, checking payroll data, following up group policies, ensuring employee-HR relations, preparing legal declarations, supporting line managers in hiring/leaving processes, collecting signed payrolls, contacting HRS team, and updating job descriptions. Also in 2019, they worked at Electrolux Professional as a Junior Account Receivable & Payroll Specialist, where they were responsible for booking bank statements, handling supplier payments, and managing weekly bank statement reconciliation. Buse will be starting their new role as an HR Operations & Reporting Specialist at Peak in 2022.

Buse İlkar completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Ege University in 2018. Later, in the same year, they also earned another Bachelor's degree in the same field from the Technical University of Liberec. Buse pursued their Higher Education with a Master's degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from Istanbul University, which was completed between 2019 to 2021. There is no record of any additional certifications attained by Buse İlkar.
