David Budworth

David Budworth is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software architecture and trading platform development. Currently serving as a Partner and Chief Architect at PEAK6 Investments since August 2005, David has successfully led various R&D projects and designed a next-generation trading platform. Previous roles include serving as Chief Architect at Apex Fintech Solutions and CTO at Spark Networks. David launched the OptionsHouse trading platform while at PEAK6 and was the lead architect for E-Loan's core infrastructure, contributing to the company's public listing. Additional experience includes software engineering positions at Network General Inc. and Metra Electronics. David's educational background includes attending Prospect High in Saratoga, California.
