Rishen Kapoor

Rishen Kapoor currently serves as a member of the investment team at Peak XV Partners since January 2025. Previously, Rishen co-founded and held the position of CEO at Toplyne from May 2021 to December 2024, where the focus was on creating an AI-driven solution for sales and marketing that successfully attracted investments from Peak XV, Together Fund, and Tiger Global while partnering with prominent companies such as Cloudflare and Notion. Rishen's earlier experience includes being part of the founding team at Surge under Sequoia Capital (January 2019 - June 2021), working as a product management consultant at Sellics (2018 - 2019), and serving as lead product manager at CleverTap (2014 - 2018). Rishen began the professional journey in marketing and operations at Pricebaba.com (2013 - 2014). Rishen holds both an MBA in Technology Marketing and a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
