Nicole Works

Nicole Works is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enterprise risk management and residential lending at Peapack-Gladstone Bank since June 2019. As an Enterprise Risk Management Officer, Nicole has successfully managed ERM programs, conducted risk assessment trainings, and presented findings to the Board Risk Committee. Previous roles include Junior Underwriter, where a pipeline of over 35 clients was managed through the mortgage loan process, and Residential Lending Intern, recognized for creating a quarterly mortgage newsletter and excelling in a competitive intern program. Additionally, Nicole has event planning experience from an internship at Autumn Communications and a background in education as a Counselor for Montville Township Board of Education. Nicole holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Rutgers University.
