Maureen O'Malley

Maureen O'Malley is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various leadership roles within major organizations. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding at Pearce Services, O'Malley previously held the position of Director Talent Acquisition at GALE and SourceLab Search. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at Hearst Magazines as Senior Director of Talent Attraction and at iCrossing as Director of Talent Acquisition. O'Malley began her career at Proxicom, where responsibilities included staffing management and project management. Educational credentials include a degree in International Relations, Textiles and Clothing, and American History from the University of California, Davis, as well as studies at the Institute of European Studies in Paris, France.
