Richa Srivastava

Richa Srivastava is an experienced HR professional with a robust career in human resources spanning several years across multiple companies. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Argenbright Holdings since May 2022, Richa previously worked as a Senior Human Resources Representative at arvato India from March 2017. Prior experience includes a role as an HR Executive in Employee Care at Teleperformance India from March 2014 to July 2016. Richa's expertise encompasses employee onboarding, retention, engagement, and grievance handling, as well as managing HR processes such as termination, career development, and talent management. An MBA in Human Resources Management was obtained from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in December 2021, following a BCom degree from the University of Rajasthan.
