Heather Elias

Heather Elias is the CEO and Founder of Artisan Consulting, specializing in marketing and strategic advice within the real estate industry since July 2017. With over 13 years of experience in real estate, Heather founded the LoCo Real Estate team and operates as an Associate Broker at Century 21 Redwood Realty, contributing to marketing and public relations strategies. Heather also serves on the Board of Directors for Ocusell, guiding the company in maintaining MLS compliance and new technology integration. In various leadership roles, including Vice President of Real Estate at Pearl Certification and Vice President of Industry Relations at RealStaq, Heather enhances the visibility of high-performance homes and improves consumer experiences. Educationally, Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Public Relations from the University of Maryland.
