Morgan Fioritto

Morgan Fioritto is a Consultant at Pearl Meyer in the Leadership Practice since May 2023, previously serving as a Consultant and Associate at The River Group LLC from January 2020 to May 2023, focusing on leadership transformation within organizations. Prior to this, Morgan held roles as Assistant Sales Manager and Sales Representative at Pure Barre, overseeing inventory, marketing, and membership sales while ensuring high customer service standards. Morgan also interned at ProMedica in Medical Staff Services, developed spending reports, and created databases. Educationally, Morgan holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s in Health Care Administration from The University of Toledo.
