Yael Alaton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and brand development. Since 2004, Yael has held multiple roles at Pearlfisher, including Partner, Vision & Strategy, Chief Strategy Officer, Strategy Director, and Deputy Planning Director, demonstrating a strong leadership capability in guiding brand vision. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Brand Planner at Grey Worldwide New York from 1995 to 2002 and a role in Strategy & Research at Leo Burnett in Chicago and Istanbul from 1992 to 1994. Yael holds a Master of Science in Marketing Communication Strategy from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Boston University, complemented by academic experience at Boğaziçi University.
