Louise Weston

Louise Weston is a Chartered Psychologist and Partner at Pearn Kandola LLP, where since September 2006, Louise has collaborated with senior teams across various sectors to drive sustainable change in diversity, inclusion, and leadership development. Prior to this role, Louise served as a Psychologist at Psychological Consultancy Ltd from September 2002 to July 2006, specializing in assessment and development consultancy, and designing online psychometric solutions. Louise holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from The University of Sheffield, earned between 2001 and 2002, and possesses Level A&B qualifications along with training in HPI, HDS, and MVPI.
