Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at Pearson since September 2021, Rachel leads a global team of over 130 marketing experts, focusing on strategic, ROI-driven campaigns to empower learners in English. Prior to Pearson, Rachel spent over a decade at Dyson in several key positions, including Global Head of Floorcare and Global Head of Retail Training, where Rachel fostered innovations and built brand presence in Asia. Experience also includes a role as Global Marketing Manager at Reckitt Benckiser, a Senior Marketing Manager at Kao Brands, and a Brand Manager at Unilever, with a career rooted in effective brand management and product innovation. Rachel holds a BA Hons 2:1 in Business Studies from Bournemouth University.
