Caroline MacDonald

Caroline MacDonald currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Pebble Beach Resorts, overseeing operations for the renowned properties and golf courses owned by Pebble Beach Company since September 2022. Prior to this role, Caroline held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at Rosewood Hotel Group and served as Group Vice President of Global Sales, Marketing and Operational Business Performance. Caroline's extensive experience in the hospitality industry includes leadership roles at Auberge Resorts Collection, ClubCorp, Carefree Resorts, and a foundational role in the United States Air Force, where exemplary service was recognized with several commendations. Caroline holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and has a strong background in sales, marketing, operations, and personnel management.
