Justin Manning, OD, MPH, FAAO, is currently serving as the Chief Member Experience Officer at PECAA. Prior to this, Justin founded eyeLeader, a consulting and education company focused on advancing optometry through leadership training. With a background in optometry, public health, and executive education, Justin has held various roles ranging from optometrist at Vision Institute to professor at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Nicaragua. Justin is known for their expertise in healthcare leadership, population health management, and maximizing technology in eyecare practices.
