Kathy Long serves as a PECAA Business Operations Advisor at Professional Eye Care Associates of America since April 2015, focusing on guiding optometry practices toward growth and increased profitability by developing customized strategies based on their operational needs. Previously, Kathy held the position of Director of Operations/I.T./Acquisitions at Ossip Optometry and Ophthalmology for 18 years, where oversight included managing a team and supporting over 40 locations across Indiana and Illinois, gaining extensive knowledge of the optometric industry. Earlier roles included serving as Business Manager at WXXP Radio, overseeing office functions and financial processes, and as Credit Manager at WTTV TV, where responsibilities encompassed managing advertising credit and related financial tasks. Kathy holds a degree from Ball State University.
