Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith is a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer with extensive experience in production processes, specializing in Plastic Injection Molding, Assembly, Machining, and Sonic Welding. Currently employed at PECO, an Astronics company since August 2013, Ryan participates in Early Supplier Involvement and New Product Introduction, creates manufacturing plans and detailed production work instructions, researches customer specifications, and leads process improvements using lean manufacturing methods.
