Kruti Bharucha is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Peepul, a position held since June 2017. Prior to this, Kruti served as Senior Director at CEB from June 2005 to May 2014, where responsibilities included heading the Finance Practice in India, managing a team of over 25 individuals, and supporting business development for CFO clients. During tenure at CEB, Kruti advanced from Consultant to Program Manager, leading a unit providing research and advisory services to over 400 Global 1000 clients. Earlier experience includes roles at the International Monetary Fund and The World Bank, focusing on financial reform and economic management, as well as an analyst position at McKinsey & Co. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Development Studies from The London School of Economics and Political Science, an MA in Economics from the University of Maryland, and a BA in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College.
