Prior roles include Director of Sales and Business Development and Account Director, where Ling specialized in multichannel promotional marketing and client engagement. Earlier experience includes a Senior Project Manager role at The France Foundation and an Account Manager position at Simpson Healthcare Executives, complemented by a solid academic background with a Master's in Neuroscience from American University and a Bachelor's in Neurobiology and Behavior from the Florida Institute of Technology.
