Kristen Topham has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2016 when they were a Content Creator for the BYU-Idaho Online Scroll Newspaper. In 2017, they were a Social Media Intern for Beauty Advisor, a Marketing/E-commerce Assistant for ITA-MED Co., and a BYU-Idaho Accounting Customer Service Representative. In 2018, Kristen was a Social Media IPSY Care Representative for ipsy and a Marketing/E-commerce Assistant for ITA-MED Co. In 2020, they became a Senior Customer Service Representative for Beauty For All Industries (BFA). Currently, Kristen is a Customer Experience Team Lead for Peerspace.
