Amanda Houlton

Amanda Houlton is an experienced talent acquisition and project management professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner & Project Manager at Peet's Coffee since August 2016, Amanda has also held roles as Talent Partner & Project Manager for HRIS Systems and Talent Acquisition Specialist within the same company. Prior experience includes managing recruiting efforts at Jamba Juice, where Amanda worked from July 2007 to August 2016, and serving as Corporate Recruiting Manager at Ledgent from 2005 to 2007. Amanda began a career in human resources at Del Monte Electric as Payroll Manager from 1999 to 2005. Educational qualifications include a Project Management Certification from Cornell University in 2021, a B.S. in Education from California State University - East Bay, and an AA in Social Science from Ohlone College.
