Daylin Ackerman has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Daylin started their career at One Capital Management as a Private Wealth Analyst from 2006 to 2008. Daylin then joined PennyMac Loan Services, LLC as a Loan Resolution Specialist from 2009 to 2011, where they excelled in negotiating the liquidation of non-performing mortgage notes and increasing sales production. Next, they worked at PennyMac Capital Management, LLC as an Analyst, Business Development from 2011 to 2013, where they led efforts to raise a $1B private fund and managed the due diligence process for the company's IPO. Daylin then served as Manager, Business Development at PennyMac Financial Services, Inc from 2013 to 2014, where they managed the acquisition of mortgage servicing assets and settled investments. In 2014, they worked as Asset Management at JRK Property Holdings, assisting in financial analysis and asset management. Since 2015, they have been with Pegasus, where they have held several roles including Senior Associate, Vice President, Senior Vice President, and currently serves as the Managing Director. These roles have given him extensive experience in real estate investment banking and brokerage.

Daylin Ackerman attended the University of Southern California from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. During their time at USC, they also studied Finance at the USC Marshall School of Business and obtained a second Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in that field.
