Joel Johnson

Joel Johnson is an experienced digital marketing professional and entrepreneur with a diverse background spanning various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Digital Marketing at Pegasus Laboratories, Inc. since July 2025, Joel has also been the CEO of Mixtape: The Music Party Game for Everyone since November 2015. Previous roles include Manager of Digital and Content Strategy at Foley Equipment, Marketing Manager at Midwest Land Group, and Owner of La Villa KC, a classic event venue. Joel has held leadership positions in marketing as the Chief Marketing Officer at Full Scale and a Graphic Design/Digital Marketing Specialist at Husqvarna Construction Products. Joel's career began in design as a Graphic Designer/Product Designer at Design Ideas and includes service as a Parachute Rigger in the US Army. Joel holds a BFA in Graphic Design from New Mexico State University.
