The Pegasus Story:

Our story began in a small borough of Toronto, Canada. Our principle broker incorporated the company and opened its doors to the public in August 2008. During that time, we were a one-person brokerage.

We had a tough beginning. In October 2008 Canada entered into an official recession which was led on by the Global Financial Market crash. But that did not hinder our growth! We preserved through the dark days of the recession and started growing slowly and steadily.

Pegasus founders developed a business model based on providing professional and impartial advice to our clients. A business model which offers an excellent and ethical customer service experience. Our model grew based on strong support and training of our agents and staff. It developed further to ensure knowledgeable and compliant services are provided to our clients.

Over the years, Pegasus has become a leader in today’s mortgage industry by providing proficient mortgage advice and financial solutions to our valuable clients.

As Pegasus grew over the years we established new, strong and lasting working relationships with our lending and business partners. But did not forget our roots!

Today Pegasus is partnered with several well-known lending and financial institutions, however, our staff and agents continue to offer impartial advice and keep their clients’ interest as first priority.
