Vince Jeffs

Vince Jeffs is a highly experienced professional in product strategy and marketing, currently serving as Senior Director of Product Strategy for Marketing AI & Decisioning at Pegasystems since October 2014. In this role, Vince oversees the strategy, positioning, messaging, and thought leadership for Pega's Decision Hub, leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance customer engagement. Prior to Pegasystems, Vince held significant positions including Director of Product Management at IBM, where responsibilities included expanding the Unica portfolio from $90 million to over $200 million, and Director of Enterprise Product Management at Unica. Vince also has a solid foundation in marketing technology from roles at SAS Institute, Rapp Collins Dallas, and UPS. Vince holds an MS in Database Systems & Operations Research from the University of Maryland and a BSBA in Marketing from Georgetown University.
