Jean Hardwig is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality and process engineering, currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer and Senior Quality Engineer at PEI Genesis since March 2011. In this role, Jean analyzes manufacturing process challenges using Lean/Six Sigma principles and leads quality engineering activities to enhance production efficiency and customer satisfaction. Previous positions include Quality and Test Engineering Manager at Crown International and Senior Quality Analyst at Baker Hughes, where Jean focused on product quality audits and streamlining quality systems, respectively. Jean's career began at Applied Materials, where a solid foundation in quality management was built. Jean holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business/Management from Baldwin Wallace University and an Associate of Arts in the same field from Lorain County Community College.
