Lee Slater currently serves as the European Operations Manager and Quality Manager at PEI-Genesis since December 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Quality Audit Manager at GE Aviation from July 2014 to December 2019, where responsibilities spanned leading internal audit programs and managing external audits, alongside serving as Lead Supplier Quality Engineer and participating in the Operations Management Leadership Program. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University (2015-2017) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Production and Manufacturing Engineering from Swansea University (2010-2014). Earlier education was completed at King George V School in Hong Kong (2003-2010).
