Previously, Henry held the title of Market Partner for Pei Wei, managing 21 restaurants in the same regions. Henry's background includes a role as District Manager at Bruegger's Bagels from August 2011 to December 2013 and a long tenure at Ruby Tuesday from October 1990 to June 2011, where responsibilities included functioning as Director of Operations Partner. Henry holds an Associates Degree in Fire Science from Macomb Community College, earned between 1988 and 1990.
