Christopher Heesch

Christopher Heesch, MS, BSN, RN, currently serves as a Certified Trainer for Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue at Crucial Learning since May 2022 and as Director of Clinic Services at Pella Regional Health Center since October 2019. Heesch has held leadership roles including Member of the Board of Directors for the Iowa Medical Group Management Association from October 2021 to December 2023 and Clinical Nurse Manager at Mayo Clinic from June 2014 to October 2019. Previous experience includes serving as Connect Team Leader at Central Church and Registered Nurse at Sanford Health. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership from the University of South Dakota and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South Dakota State University.
