After that, Jean joined Nestlé Nespresso S.A. as a Corporate Manufacturing professional, where they negotiated contracts, renovated packaging processes, and established new production processes. Jean later worked at IMD, where they completed an MBA and developed business plans for various industries. Jean also had roles at Damart Somfy group and CEPASCO SPIGOL as an Investment Manager and Board Member/Administrator, respectively. Currently, they are the Chairman and CEO of Pellenc Selective Technologies. Overall, Jean has a strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, project management, and business development.
Jean Henin holds a Bachelor's degree from Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers, which they completed from 1996 to 2001. During the same period, they also pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from ICAM (Arts et Métiers). In 2010, Jean attended IMD and obtained an MBA degree.
