Dianna Kraus is Peloton’s Chief Communications Officer and joined the company in May 2025. She oversees global communications, including corporate, consumer, and internal, and is focused on expanding the definition of Peloton to reflect all the company does to deliver on its purpose of empowering people to live fit, strong, long, and happy.
Dianna is a senior counselor with 20 years of experience across the consumer, retail, technology, financial services, and automotive sectors. She joined Peloton from FleishmanHillard where she spent 15 years in various leadership roles. An agency veteran, she has helped brands develop thoughtful communications programs that propel consumers to action and successfully deliver on business objectives. Her range of client work has included partnerships with athletes, celebrities, brand ambassadors, and sports teams, such as the Olympic Games, FIFA World Cup, NFL Super Bowl, and New York Fashion Week. She also has extensive experience in consumer technology, leading earned media programs, launching new devices and services, working with executive teams to shape brand perception and build investor confidence, and navigating issues and recalls.
She graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in editorial journalism. A California native, Dianna now lives in New Jersey with her family. Her leaderboard name is dkraus.
