Matthieu Garcia

Matthieu Garcia possesses a diverse professional background with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. At Peloton Interactive, Matthieu served as both Senior Manager and Manager for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from September 2021 to August 2023. Prior experience includes roles at JetBlue Airways as an Analyst in Strategic Planning and Business Development, as well as Analyst for IT Portfolio Management, from October 2017 to September 2021. Matthieu began a career in higher education at LIM College, working as a Student Financial Services Counselor and Adjunct Professor from January 2012 to September 2017, following a position as Student Recruitment Director for Undergraduate Admissions at Xavier University from September 2009 to May 2012. Matthieu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Xavier University, where studies were completed in May 2012.
