Joe Fitzpatrick

Joe Fitzpatrick currently serves as Regional Director for Australia at Pembroke since June 2022, overseeing the company's commercial real estate assets in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. In addition, Joe is a committee member for the Commercial Office and the CBD Joint Taskforce with the Property Council of Australia. Prior to Pembroke, Joe held various leadership positions at Kyko Group from May 2011 to May 2022, including Director of Petram Property and National Asset Manager, managing significant commercial property transactions and development projects. Joe also was involved in the Mon Komo Hotel, contributing to its development and operational success. Earlier experience includes management roles at Swan Services Pty Ltd from January 2009 to April 2011.
